Paul Tatseos' model from 1956
Ouais je suis fan il y a un autre sujet dans Custom Rodder la dessus!!
Paul Tatseos' model from 1956. These rear quarters do look very similar to the '61 Corvette flare treatment around the rear wheel well...might have been an influence there... After winning in 1958, he attended the Art Center School in Los Angeles, graduating in 1961. He was hired by GM as a designer and went on to work in the Cadillac Interior Studio as a junior designer. Then was sent to Holden Design in 1966 and worked there for 5 years as assistant chief interior designer. Returned to GM Design in Warren in 1971 as chief designer of Oldsmobile interior and subsequently as chief designer in Pontiac, Buick, and Chevrolet interiors before retiring in 1997.
1950 Contest Judging - L to R - Paul Gillan, GM Styling Section, Claude Reagan, Guild tech director, and Frank Riess, vocational arts teacher, Detroit Public Schools.

Re: Fisher Body Craftsman's Guild
Impressionant en effet !
si j'ai bien compris , les etablissements Fisher organisaient un concours à l'échelle nationale .....tout-un-chacun devait construire une maquette futuriste et était susceptible de rafler une dote de $US 65.000........................
J'ai bon ?
