Custom Pontiac Chieftan, from my understanding the car was built in California and judging by the stickers the car had when I bought it, was built sometime in the late 70's. It is a beautiful car that turns heads everywhere but unfortunately I am not a car guy and didn't know the work it requires. The car drives great but needs a little work everywhere..body, paint, engine etc. iIt is on airbags although the front doesn't seem to be working right. Also includes shaved door handles and trunk with poppers, custom interior and AC (needs some work) 1952 Desoto grill, frenched headlights and antenna, rounded corners on windows and doors, visor, headunit along with tons of other stuff.

Frenched headlights, frenched antenae, 53 lincoln tailights, 55 caddy hubcaps, steel "bubble" style rear fender skirts, molded hood and grill surrounds, 50 Merc grill, filled rear bumper valance, excellent chrome on both bumpers, lowered with what looks like 4 inch blocks in the back and cut coils in front. The hood has been shaved and peaked, the door handles are also shaved as was the trunk. Molded covers over side pipes. Visor added and painted after I got it so I was unable to perfectly match the paint. Has been converted to 12 volt.

1950 Pontiac Chieftan. They were built from 1949 to 1958 and was the first all new body form Pontiac since 1942. The one we have for you has been street rodded with an updated front end and drive trains. When you look over it you will see this is a car that has had a lot of money spent on it. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of the Pontiac, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

We will start off with the exterior of the Pontiac. When you walk around it you can see the workmanship that has been put in this ride. The top has been chopped, the door handles shaved, the hood vented, and most of the chrome removed only leaving the stainless around the top. When you look down the sides it has great lines with straight panels. Everything is covered in the Sunburst Orange Metallic Pearl that has been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine. The chrome bumpers and headlight trim is still there and provides an excellent accent. The final exterior touch is a set of Chrome ???? with the Wide White Tires.


Next, we will take a look at the interior of the Chieftan. It shows very well with the seats and door panels being done in Cream Leather with beige carpet. The dash is painted to match the outside color and really flows the two together perfectly. It has a Tilt column along with after market gauges along with Power Windows. The rest of the dash looks stock other than the Vintage heat and AC controls. It retains the stock inside door handles.


Finally, we will take a look at the driveline of the Pontiac. Under the hood it is powered by a Pontiac 400 V8 that is mated to a 400 Turbo Trans and a 10 Bolt Rear End. The engine is dressed with an Aluminum Intake, Chrome Valve Covers and Chrome Breather. They did a nice job on the vintage AC and Heat that is neat and well fitted. They upgraded the brakes to front disc with Power as well as Power Steering. On the bottom it has been sub framed and everything appears to be solid.

STREIGHT 8 MOTOR and Hydromatic transmission ,this car runs good, no known problems drivers window replaced with plec glass the car runs really good and would make a nice weekend cruiser or an excellent addition to someone’s collection or . I have over 10k invested, it’s worth a look. The car has always been stored in a garage since I have owned it, Custom blue paint job, Custom Side Pipes (For Style), custom spot lights on each side, port walls white wall tires ruby red plug wires, pin striping, blue dot tail lights, Custom exhaust, New head liner in box, new rear brakes in box & brake hose, 2nd custom grill tubular.
