“To get the stance to match the lines, they installed front and rear airbags and added front and rear disc brakes so the big body would pull up on a dime. To ensure the ride was smooth, the car was fitted with some 15" Tru Spokes wrapped in American Classics 205/60/15 tires. It was time for the make-or-break moment, picking a color and getting those huge panels shining! Wallem knew he always wanted to do a car in candy green, so to be honest, that part of the build was the easiest decision for him. For most of us, it's sleepless nights and color nightmares. The green paint was a Special K Daddy Blend that Kyle Gann from K Daddyz Kustomz mixed up and then meticulously laid down on all surfaces of the Cadillac. The color was stunning and instantly reminded Wallem of Malachite, an ancient green gemstone. So, it was pretty fitting that he named the car Malachite, as first impressions always last! Next on the list were the custom graphics, which were done in a Watson style, giving the car its image and personality. Peeking inside the car, you can see the metal dashboard was smoothed out and painted to match the exterior. Every little detail in the interior was color matched, even down to the glittery green knobs by Deluxe Creations & Designs.
