John Pantaleone was born with a crayon in his left hand and a paint brush in his right! He spent 30 years working for the New York City Department of Santitation as both a mechanic and supervisor, and officially retired in 2010. Cars, of any type, have always been his first love. "JP's Rodz & Betties"

John lives on Long Island in New York and owns, and drives (whenever the weather permits!) a 1959 silver metallic custom Dune Buggy. During the warmer months, you can usually find him tooling around town or at any one of hundreds of car shows in New York, PA, Jersey or Connecticut. His car has won several awards and his art is always top-notch and first place. His next love is modeling; cars, planes, creatures, trains etc. He is the "guy" who helps you on the side of the road, and was selected to be LI's local radio station B103.1's second place winner of "Man of the Year" in 2007. Over the years, John has been commissioned to paint NYC Fire Trucks, boat transoms, vans, race cars, signs and a variety of custom designs just about anywhere on anything. A few years ago, John submitted a caricature of Jay Leno to his studios in California. Mr. Leno was very impressed and kind enough to call him personally to thank him . The painting hangs proudly in his garage.

He has three somewhat crazy, untamed, grown children, four useless but cute dogs, and a multitude of good friends. He also loves to barbeque, cook, entertain, and there is always room at the dinner table for one more!
Because of his integrity and high standards, the products we supply to you must meet with your satisfaction. All the prints on this site will be done on an 11" x 17" glossy card stock and they are suitable for framing.
