1939 Oldsmobile Club Coupe CUSTOM
1939 Oldsmobile Club Coupe. Fresh build started November of last year. Started with stock running and driving 39. 78 camaro clip w ps pb. Chopped about 6 inches. All new glass no plex. New upholstery on front seat. All new chrome artilleries. Coker bias wide whites. New 2 piece driveline with heavy duty carrier bearing and slip yoke in rear. New steering parts from side to side. Frame clip z'd and rear notched. Car lays frame. Rear has stock 39 olds rear end and has been heavy duty 4 linked. Rebuilt 4 bolt 350 and NEW turbo 350 trans. New 4 row aluminum radiator with big electric fan. Full air ride with 1/2" lines, dual via or compressors and chrome 5 gallon tank. Whole car soda blasted to bare metal. I have all the side trim in near perfect shape. Clean NV title. Functional lake pipes with full exhaust under car also.

1939 Oldsmobile Club Coupe. Built in 2013. Chopped 5 front 6 rear. Media blasted to bare metal. All new gaskets and glass on windows. wings cut down and crank open and closed and door glass has all new tracks and felts. 78 camaro frame clip that has been Z'd up at the firewall. ALL new steering and brake components on frame clip. Rebuilt 4 bolt 350 with about 1000 miles. new turbo 350 trans. power steering and power brakes. New chrome master cylinder. New 4 row aluminum radiator with electric pusher fan out front. Car runs 180-190 all day in hot weather with fan on. rear is notched and heavy duty 4 linked. single piece driveline replaced with two piece. crossmember and heavy duty billet carrier bearing added, and rear portion of driveline has slip yoke for travel of the air ride. All new wiring. All new air ride with 1/2" lines, chrome 5 gallon tank, two chrome Viair compressors and two switches. One for front and one for rear. Car runs and drives great. Ive driven it to Auburn and back from Reno with no problems. Rear end is stock 39 olds with all new brakes. Future plans for the car were to put in a 700r4 and later model disc rear with more highway friendly gears but money ran thin toward the end of the build and I wanted to drive it! All lights and signals work. Speedway no-frills street Chrome street rod column with polished column drop. Lokar shifter. wilwood brake pedal assembly. All new chrome artillery wheels with bias wide whites. New metal 39 chevy skirts with fabbed mounts to work on this car. Lake pipes are functional and can be uncapped as well as full under car exhaust that passes through the frame so that when the car is laid out the only thing touching is the frame. Engine and trans mounts were even moved up and forward to keep pans off the ground and for distributor/firewall clearance. Grill suffered some recent damage unfortunately.
