1952 Buick Lead sled
This car is a 1952 Buick. As you can see this custom has a professionally chopped top. All is well with the chop. All garnish moldings are cut to fit perfect. Doors fit up excellent. All work was well done by an old time street rodder who has built many. He built this one for is own use. A two year project. This car really shows off his talents. He builds for show but more so for go. All his builds are to be driven. This car will and does cruise at 70 mph, then you can shift into 5th gear. The 1975 Cosworth vega transmission really sets this car apart from other builds. It shifts smooth and the gearing is perfect. The engine is TOO COOL. He overhauled the original 263 C.I. inline OHV 8 cylinder engine. It is dependable, easy starting, plenty of torque, and all the power it needs to shove this sled down the road.
The paint! Not sure how to describe the blue paint. Pearl blue i guess, I have never seen this color of blue on anything. It does deserve a lot of attention and noone can figure what color it is. The pearl jumps out at you in the sunlight.
At night this car can show off its blue lights. It has many lights under hood and under entire car (Blue of course). on a good dark night this custom looks like a blue cloud floating down the highway-BAD to THE BONE
I will try and list all I can think to discribe this ride. But I would enjoy to have serious buyers come look and see this beauty. It will impress even the best of knit-pickers. The old school rodders who built these rods are fading out.
This is a list of some of the options we can tell you about this 1952 Buick custom:
*Air Conditioning
*1952 Buick 263 C.I. inline Engine
*Motor complete overhaul (power)

*Desota Bumpers front and rear
*61 Buick Century tail lights
*Electrical Window-very slick
*Yuga Horn
*Steering Column is tilt from 70's Chevrolet
*Spot lights are REAL not dummys
*CB phone on consul
*Hood opens from either side
*Has large air bag used to lift the car up
*Flame throwers exhaust
*Accent Lights under car, in grill, around engine, in trunk
