1953 Packard Clipper Restomod
Super Nice 1953 Packard Clipper Restomod w/1979 Cadillac Front Clip, Driveline & Rear End. So......basically you are driving a 1953 Packard that feels like a Cadillac. I am selling this for a friend of mine, and older gentleman that needs to let this one go. I will list as much detail as I can. You are more than welcome to come look at it ahead of time before bidding or end of auction and we do reserve the right to end the auction. This is about a 15 year old restoration, but has been driven and taken to cruises and car shows ever since. The engine has over 100,000 miles on it but has been rebuilt with the restoration. Car has the following: Approx 4" Chop in the Top, Dual Exhaust, Bolt On Cruiser Skirts, VDO Updated Gauges, Side Pipes are for show, 56 Packard NOS Tail Lights, Radial Tires all the way around w/White Walls on the Front and Porta Walls on the Back, After Market CD Player, Tilt & Telescoping Steering Wheel, Working Air Conditioning, Shaved & Relocated Push button Door Handles, Relocated Trunk Lock & Tons More! The Only Negatives that I can See is: There is a Crack in the Front Windshield on the passengers side it is not really noticeable because it is where the Good Guys Car show Stickers are (see Pic). The Other is that It was Done in DP980 Primer and is starting to show fade due to age. It has always been kept inside. To me you could either buff it out or color sand and buff. The other option is to repaint and make it your own. The scallops and all detailed work is paint, not stickers.
