1957 FORD CUSTOM 300
This 1957 Ford Custom 300 underwent a complete professional restoration about 6 years ago, and has been garage kept ever since as well as being a non-smokers vehicle. Thru those years it won several first place trophies in local car shows mostly in California, where it came from. When I bought it, the engine didn't run, so I bought a new 302 Crate engine for it. I special ordered the extra energy cam that gives it that great hotrod sound, but still doesn't require a stall converter. Now it runs as good as it looks, and can be driven every day reliably. Someone had also heated the front coil springs to get a lower stance, but it liked to scrape going over driveways, so I put a new set of 2" lower than stock coils, plus new Monroe gas shocks.
The quality of the body and paint are very good on this car. The undercarriage looks to be rust free. The flames are some of the best I have ever seen. There are a couple of pea size bubbles in the rear quarters, and a few imperfections here and there, but nothing that distracts from the overall beauty of this car. It needs outside rearview mirrors also. There is a mustang one on the drivers side right now, but the correct ones for the 1957 ford would look best. The car can be locked up tight, but the outside drivers door lock needs to be hooked back up inside the door.

1955 Ford Thunderbird
rare "old school" 1955 Ford Thunderbird Rat Rod project car. It features a Ford 302 engine with C4 automatic transmission, power steering, new Edelbrock 4 bbl carb, two Recaro seats, custom headers and 14 inch wheels. Car body was removed from old gusseted frame and installed onto a beautiful rust free '55 T Bird epoxy coated frame, painted black. After extensive fender and floor rust repair, car was painted John Deere Blitz Black six months ago. Dash has been redone to accept three manual gauges - temperature, oil pressure and voltmeter for the alternator. All are installed in dash but only the voltmeter has been connected. Eastwood sound and heat insulating material has been installed over cockpit floor. Front '55 grille comes with car but is not installed as is second Recaro seat and a Model A rear bumper (if wanted). T Bird fuel gauge works as does electric tachometer. Grant custom GT steering wheel installed with operating horn. Turn signal harness needs connecting to wiring system. New brake lines installed throughout but not connected at rear. Front brakes work and there is no emergency brake. New fuel lines installed from tank to carb. Tank has been cleaned and has a new sending unit. Headlights and taillights work. Side lake pipes are not connected to the exhaust system but any decent muffler shop could take care of that. Engine runs strong, tranny shifts but may need adjustment when car is driven on the open road. It has only been driven around my property as it's not yet street legal.
