Common to both cars distinctive restyling are Edsel station wagon taillights that fit naturally to neatly into the fins. Custom owners usally strive for a completely different effect with their choices, but these two friends pooled their ideas, resulting in two beautiful mild customs.
Edse station wagon tailights fit neatly into the modified fenders and fins of both cars. The original tailight openings were filled coined metal trim material then filled on the other side with srmicircular, cencentric chrome bars.
Hershey's bird in the foreground has all the badging removed and filled. The doors are modified for pushbutton operation, with the handle indentions filled. The car has a roof went lifted from a 1958 Pontiac Bonneville, and it's lowered 4 inches all the way aound. Removal of the side trim results in a sweeping, unbroken line that makes the car seem longer.
Other identical custom features include the removal of the exhaust outlets from the bumpers, which are filled with gold anodized coined metal.
