1949 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 2 Dr Fast Back





The rear end is a stock 1979 Oldsmobile Posi with an approximate 2.73 gear ratio. This Oldsmobile has been beautifully restored and up kept. It is a great driver and would be a pleasant edition to any Oldsmobile enthusiast.




This body has been fitted to a 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Chassis and floor plan with 2 inch drop spindles up front. Power steering, disc brakes, engine, transmission, rear end are all are all part of the 1979 Oldsmobile Conversion. Tilt steering column is from a mid 70’s GM car.




This Oldsmobile has had many impressive body modifications. Removal of emblems on hood and trunk, removal of side trim and rocker moldings. Frenched headlights and shaved door handles with remote entry giving it a new age feel with a sleek design. Power window and custom built knobs on the dash. Equipped with vintage air, heat, defrost, and A/C unit. Electric wipers with delay. All new tinted glass, weather stripping, and gaskets. Bumpers, guards, and grill have been re-chromed. The vehicle has been finished with a custom mix silver and black basecoat urethane with PPG micro sequins lightly dusted in clear coat. The upholstery has been customized in a black vinyl tuck and roll pattern with black and silver door panels and a gray and black carpet that includes a carpeted and upholstered trunk area.




The front end is a rebuilt 1979 Chevrolet 305 with Eldobroch manifold and carburetor with a chrome air cleaner. It has a mild hydraulic cam, new dual exhaust, and custom radiator. The transmission is the stock 350 turbo with new seals, gaskets, and filter.

Nosed, decked, lowered 3" and fitted with these timeless Fiesta spinners we love the look of this classic.

Loaded with power seats, air conditioning, stereo, lighting, true lake pipes, lowered, and so much more. This is a great car for long distance drives to those out-of-town shows and mini vacations. Has a 4 1/2" chop, lowered 2 1/2", 1956 Cadillac front bumperettes, Studabaker rear tail lights, extended rear quarters, 1953 Cadillac limo rear window, rear a/c vents, custom center console, & hand flamed, scalloped, & striped by Hot Rod Walt, of The PsychoDevilles.

mild custom spent its life in California until I bought it 5 years ago. The previous owner did a great job with the body mods. Shaved, slightly peaked hood, frenched headlights, eliminated the filler cap door, extended quarters to accommodate 53 Olds tail lights and painted it this satin lime. I never would have picked this color, but its really nice and gets plenty of looks. The beautiful pearl interior really compliments the green.



Since I have owned the car I replaced all the weather stripping, converted from 6 to 12 volt with new alternator, new radiator, re-plated all of the chrome, and put on a new set of wide white radials. The motor is the original Olds 303 with automatic transmission.
