Cell Mates est un groupe de néo rockabilly anglais qui enregistre en 1990 l’album On Parole ! pour Rage Record. Le groupe est formé de Steve au chant, Nick à la batterie, Kev à la guitare et Moff à la contrebasse. L’album se compose de néo rockabilly medium comme Road To Riches Road To Riches, The Contract, Russian Roulette (avec des accents psychobilly) et Tallulah, de néo rockabilly plus rapides Nobody's Guy (avec des airs de It’s all over now), The Hustler , Lady Seduction, Eyes That Didn't Care , On Parole et Getta'kick, des rockabilly plus classiques comme Blue Moon Baby et une cover de Riot In Cell Block No 9 des Coasters.
