1930 Ford Coupe Bagged
1930 Ford Nostalgia Tudor Sedan, chopped, channeled and bagged. High-end professional build, this is not a cheap death trap. Full custom frame, 4 linked rear end bagged with disc brakes on a ford 9 inch rear. The bags are powered by an air ride compressor; a steel air gas tank holds the air. The front end is 4” drop I-beam axle, with disc brakes and compression arms. The motor is a freshly rebuilt Chevy 350 mated to a TH350 trans. The car has approximately 500 miles on it. The engine is cooled by an all-aluminum radiator with an electric fan. Fuel lines and cooling lines are Tig welded copper. Seats and door panels are black leather, trimmed out with a fully custom console.

1930 Ford Pickup
1930 (technically registered as a 1929) Ford Roadster Pickup hot rod. The car was originally built by Hollywood Hot Rods for the La Carrera Pan Americana Race, but we raced a different car at the last moment. Subsequently we removed the roll cage and totally re-did it as a street roadster with all the work completed by Bata Mataja (see google search). It is about five years old and has maybe 2,000 miles at the most with no racing.
The engine is a 276 Cubic inch Ford flathead built by Howard Allen with S.C.O.T blower and Ardun Overhead built by Don Ferguson. Hunt electronic ignition. Custom made headers. Oil cooled radiator. Two rebuilt 2-Jet Rochester carburetors. (This is basically the same engine (his has more bottom end strengthening, higher compression, fuel, etc) that Don Ferguson runs in his Bonneville car that exceeds 300 MPH. It is coupled to a T-5 Five speed transmission, aluminum drive shaft to a Speedway Engineering quick change rear end. Brakes are Wilwood discs front and rear with bias control. Wheels are aluminum knock-offs shod with 7:50 X 18 Dunlop racing tires in the rear and 6:00 X16 Excelsior racing tires in the front. It includes a spare set of six aluminum knock-offs shod with Toyo road racing tires. Dropped tube front axle. The chassis is the size and shape of a '32 Ford but made entirely of chrome molly tubing. Suspension is torsion bar front and rear with adjustable (both up and down) high performance shocks. The front has an anti-sway bar.
The body is a 1930 Brookville body and bed modified. Please note the cowl, windshield, dash board modifications and the bed has been widened. The grill shell is Whippet, with the huge radiator in the rear bed with a high performance fan. Runs cool -- necessary for Mexico! The grill mascot is a 1030's European (Brunswilk) bronze monkey. The fuel tank is custom made Fuel Safe with racing bladder. The gauges are early Stewart Warner with copper plated bezels. All of the instruments work and were rebuilt by North Hollywood Speedometer. The three stem switches custom made are for the horn, blinkers and lights. Ignition, starter button and fan switch are under/behind the custom dash. The steering is Schroeder, with a quick release wheel. Interior is old canvas and leather (rough side out). The body is painted air force blue and distressed.
This is a very quick car and those of you who have not driven a high performance flathead with blower and Ardun overheads will be quite surprised at its torque and horsepower.

1930 ford street rod "sweet pea"
Model A Tudor called "Sweet Pea." built as if it's 1961, it is a 1930 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan. This started as the cleanest Model A I have ever seen. All the metal repair work amounted to less than the lid of a tuna can. It is chopped 4", the dip rails have been removed and the coach lines continued through to the visor. The top seams have been filled so that the Juliano's top insert is installed down the center of the roof like a 1932. The rear body seams have been filled, the taillights are 1958 Impala bezels with 1956 Bel Air lenses, frenched 1" deep and peaked, the license plate is frenched 1" deep and peaked, the license is hinged to hide the fuel filter. on the rear are Ed Roth outlaw style nerf bars with custom made dual scavenger exhaust exiting through the nerfs. The stock Model A firewall has been reversed. The firewall also carries a Stewart Warner wings curved face tach, oil pressure and mech. temp. gauge. they just look Bitchin, and light up at night, all of the exposed engine wiring is reproduction cloth covered, wiring is painless.
> The engine is a work of art by itself that people never get enough of. It is a completely rebuilt Pontiac 455, it carries an Offenhauser 2x4 intake with Offenhauser cross rams with Northwest speed adapters to mount 2 Stromberg 97's on each end. The linkage and fuel plumbing is a work of art, Moon 4 inlet fuel block and custom made brackets for everything, Mooned Finned valve covers. Holley fule regulator. The stock manifolds are HPC coated. Everything on the engine is chromed. Expect for the block and the intake. Chromed valve covers, cross rams, coil, all brackets, nuts and bolts, valley pan, water pump, pulleys, alternator, dist. cap, all fuel lines, linkage, fuel pump and carb scoops. The ignition is wired with vintage style clear plug wires.
> The transmission is a rebuilt turbo 350 with a 2500 stall converter and B & M shift kit, chrome trans pan, dipstick and gravel guard. Custom made drive shaft, undercarriage is fully painted and pinstriped. The rear-end is a nine inch Ford. The center section is from a 1934 Ford wheel, so it used the '34 hubcap as a center cover, very Bitchin detail. The rear is mounted on a chrome Model A spring with chrome Pete & Jakes hair pins, with chrome shocks.
> The front is a chrome Super Bell 4" drop axle with posies super slide spring and chrome shocks, with fresh 1940 Ford brakes, chrome backing plates. Dietz style headlights, on custom fabbed headlight stands, made from a Model A headlight bar. The parking lights are mini bullet lights with custom made stands to match the headlight stands. They are painted and striped to match. The grill is steel 1932 Ford shell with high quality stainless insert. Griffin aluminum radiator and Kool-Flex hoses. The steering is Mustang box with custom made drag link and speedway sterring arm. The cowl is custom notched around the box with the coach line modified to flow with the notch. Looks like Henry did it.
> The body is painted House of color Lime Time Pearl, PPG urethane clear, color sanded and rubbed. It is absolutely stunning board straight. The frame rails are Model A, completely boxed with speedway trans cross member and Z'd 5" in the rearl. There are custom made rocker panels that are part of the frame that bring it out of the width of the body. The lower coach lines of the body are replicated on the rockers, similar to a '32 frame, chrome front spreader bar. The tires are Coker, 2 1/2" white walls in classic hot rod sizes 8.20 rear and 5.90 front on Wheels Vintique chrome reverse wheels with Mooneyes Spyder cap centers. The wheel centers are fogged in a white pearl and lime gold. All brake and trans lines are chrome.
> All pin striping is professionally done in the style of Von Dutch and Tommy the Greek. It even has Von Dutch's Harvey rabbit on the rear. The frame and rear end are fully striped. The Interior is kind of a lime gold chartreuse type color in a brocade cloth and white pearl vinyl, rolled, pleated and buttoned. The carpet is loop style moss green bound in white, 1932 Ford dash with chrome Model A top rail. The dash is white pearl fogged in lime gold. Custom made insert with Stewart Warner wings curved lens guages. Tach, speedo, mech temp, oil pressure and fuel. Custom chrome emblem on the ashtray. The chrome emblem on the ashtray is an exact match for the SW wings logo. Chrome 1958 Impala steering column drop. Two tone white pearl and lime gold 1958 Impala steering wheel with fresh chrome. Horn center and color dividers, chrome spoon gas pedal, gennie shifter, swan shifter that was cut and stretched 6" and rechromed Genie shifter hand brake and cables. Clear green dice shift knob. Under the dash is a NOS RCA record player that had it's internals replaced with a full function remote controlled CD system that feeds a 200-watt amp. The speakers mounted on the package tray are 1961 Telephunkins from Western Germany with modern 6x9's inside the vintage housings. In addition mounted near the headliners are 2 vintage tube speakers with modern tweeters. Finishing the sound system is a 10" sub woofer mounted in a 1930's Chrysler heater housing. Behind the rear upholstery are the battery box and 12 gallon aluminum fuel tank and stereo amp.
> The dome light is vintage Harley fender light. All inside garnish molding are chromed, all glass is new easy eye tint. The door latches, window riser and cranks door handles are new, has electric wipers.
