1932 Ford Pickup Truck
This is a cool old 1932 Ford pickup that you can cruise today. It's a real Henry Ford 32, not a fiberglass kit car. It is a steel cab, steel bed, steel doors, glass fenders, still has the cowl vent. This truck is fast and fun. Drop axle, Ford 9 inch. It is a built, gear driven 383 c.i. small block Chevy with an Edelbrock Performer package that includes Edelbrock aluminum heads, aluminum intake, and Edelbrock carburetor. The smoke stack exhaust is functional and sounds awesome! It has Cragars and 4 wheel disc brakes. Pro Car bucket seats, Lokar shifter, vintage CB radio. It looks good and runs better, but it is not a perfect show car and is not priced like one. It is a fast, fun, killer truck that is ready to have a good time today.

1932 Ford Sport Coupe Jackman Brothers Historic 75th Anniversary Deuce 312 V8
"Jackman Brothers Sport Coupe"
"The Model B-50 Sport Coupe is one of the rarest of 32 Fords. Based on the 5-window coupe, a fixed soft top replaced the rear quarter windows and steel roof structure. only 2,911 were produced and the body style was dropped in 1933. Thus not many became hot rods.
An exceptional exception belonged to Tom and Harry Jackman of El Cajon, California. Their father, Tom Sr., had been involved with cars since the 20's and owned oval track race cars for many years. He got the boys started when they were 10 and 11 years old. After "some old junkers" their father bought them this car for $75. With instructions to "do the job right and stick to it", they tore the car down to the last bolt and reassembled it three times. They felt building the car taught them "patience, thoroughness and the ability to be meticulous," as they wrote on the spec sheet of the show entry. Their work was rewarded when they won the Sweepstakes trophy at the San Diego Custom Car Show in 1959. They were then 16 and 17 years old.
The car appeared in Hot Rod Magazine twice, August of 1959 when it was black, and again in 1962. In its final form everything but the body and engine was chrome plated including the frame. Scalloped and pinstriped clear Plexiglass floorboards showed off the chromed transmission and detailed chassis components. The engine was a 312 c.i. 1957 Thunderbird Y-block with Isky cam and Edelbrock dual quad manifold. Individual chrome headers extended all the way to the rear bumper. Candy Wild Cherry paint and silver tuck and roll contrasted the white padded top and running boards. Chrome wheels and '50 Merc hubcaps were sometimes replaced by polished smoothed Halibrands. Ironically, the Sport Coupe won dozens of awards intended for roadsters."

"When we first spoke with Harry Jackman over a year ago, the whereabouts of the Sport Coupe were unknown, but the significance of Tom, Harry and their friend's hot rodding that Deuce more than 40 years ago was very clear.
In early 2006, Hot Rod Hotline, through its extensive website coverage and contacts, located the body of Harry and Tom's car in Kansas. Pete Mustain had purchased it, now mounted on a different chassis, with plans to build a hot rod. In an unusual but terrific turn of events, Pete's plans have brought the Jackman body full circle - back to a look similar to its first Hot Rod Magazine appearance.
When Harry was unsuccessful in his attempts to buy back the original body, he approached the event organizers to see if we would be willing to exhibit (along with the originally bodied car) a recreation of the 1962 version. With the support of Pete Mustain, the consent of the Selection Panel and about eight months to go, Harry and his friends went to work.
Hot rodding has always been about the experience of creating your dream car. In the case of the Jackman Sport Coupe, the '62 Hot Rod Magazine is Harry's dream car, and the 59 Hot Rod Magazine version is Pete Mustain's. Both men and their circle of friends have made outstanding efforts to have these cars here. The "75" organizers are honored to present this pair of Deuces."

1932 Ford Roadster Street Rod
Built in Texas, Cal has been around the Dallas area all of his life. I have owned him for the last 12.
As always, we want to thank the folks at the Frontier's of Flight Museum for allowing us to do our photo shoots at their great location. Please stop in to see this awesome piece of history.
Cal's 350 ci small block has a mild cam and sounds great when he's idling. The casting number is 14010207 making the block a 1980-85 350. He has run cool for the entire time I've owned him. Even in this Texas heat he never gets above 198 even at a red light.
He has been a trouble free car for 12 years.
His Cadillac air breather gives him a great look. When I bought him, I decided to make a few changes. I added the Sanderson Lime-Fire custom headers and the custom made drop straight side pipes. There are no baffles in the pipes, so Cal can be heard coming down the street for sure.
Cal is built on an original 32 Ford frame, therefore is titled as a 1932 Ford.

Re: 1932 Ford hot rod
His body is glass, and I am not sure what company built the body.
The wheels of choice were these great wire spoke wheels. They are wrapped in Neptune P205/75R14s in front and Performance P275 / 60R15 107s in the rear.
Cal won many trophies and plaques. He even got his picture in the Good Duys Gazette in February of 2007 along with our good friend Hoppy Hopkins (many of our close car friends know we lost Hoppy recently and he is missed terribly).
He has a tilt steering wheel, and a rubber coated wheel which is waterproof in case you get caught in the rain. I do have a portable windshield wiper that attaches to the windshield and plugs into the cigarette lighter if you are driving through a state that requires wipers. It is stored under the seat. There is plenty of room under the bench seat for important items.
Cal was pin striped by Mr. James Crawford. He was one of the Dallas areas best stipers. He passed away a few years ago. Mr. Crawford's signature were the 3 small dots at the point of all of his work. All I ask of Cal's new owner is that they try to retain his pin striping.
Cal has a 9" Ford rear end. I don't know the exact gears, but he will definitely get up and go on the freeways.
